Mini Expo Dates

The 2018 Mini Expo grounds will be open throughout the Fall and Winter, from approximately Halloween to New Years, with the main event days from December 10 to 23.

Booth Prices

All booth prices are for the entire duration of the Expo, from whenever you sign up to when the grounds close in early January next year.

Registration Process

For the Mini Expo this year, we will be doing the Registration in a very informal and simple way. Basically you come to the sim, pick a spot, tell the admin, pay, and you can move in right away. Simple. 🙂

  1. Read the Guidelines
  2. Visit us inworld, and choose a booth you like.
  3. Contact one of the admins (listed below) to register. They will be able to confirm if the booth you want is still available, and answer any questions you have. They are usually around in the sim, but if no one is awake right at the moment, just leave an offline IM and they’ll get back to you as soon as they wake up.
  4. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO AN ADMIN.
  5. The admins will ask for your logo if they don’t already have it. Preferably square, no larger than 512×512, with a solid background (not transparent). But it’s not a huge deal. We can adapt.
  6. You will be invited to join the Expo’s group. Please accept the invite. You will not be able to rez your things otherwise.
  7. Done! You can move in to your booth right away.

 

Entertainments and Special Events

If you are interested in holding any kind of event or entertainment, please just IM richmerk or any of the Admins below. Events can be anything — dances, DJs, live singers, dancers, other performance-type shows, lectures…  anything at all.
